We specialise in the production of light boxes with text made of LED diodes. This product is entirely designed and custom-made for very specific needs and applications.
Based on the client’s expectations and the installation site, we create a custom-built product withindividual technical parameters. We select the appropriate LED with optimal brightnessandlighting angle. The height of the text, the number of LEDs used and their density are alsoadjustedto the intention of the device.
We can design the text based on different fonts and use LEDs in different colours. The final product has the text permanently composed of LEDs, it is not possible to modify the text. In production, we do not use ready-made LED “strings”, only selected and proven LED diodes, which we connect precisely diode by diode in accordance with the art of electronics. Products made with high quality custom built electronics are reliable and durable.
The panel casing itself is built using black powder-coated aluminum profiles. The front of thepanel built from transparent PMMA board and the rear of the panel is built using aDibondcomposite board.
Each board is equipped with mounting holes and comes standard with mounting elements for wall installation. These are powder-coated steel angles that need to be attached to the façade. Depending on the size of the board, there are 4 or more mounting elements.
Installing the board is quick and simple. The board is standardly equipped with a 230V(3x1mm2)
power cable, 1.8 meters long and terminated with a molded angle plug.
Optionally, we can make the product with a 12VDC or 24VDC power supply.
