These are products in the form of light boxes, the main purpose of which is to display information on accidents at work (or their absence) on LED modules. They are installed mainly in production plants, logistics centers and all kinds of industrial halls.
All our products are made to individual order and fully adapted to the needs of customers. We produce boards in various sizes, from small A4 format to large, even up to 3m². We manufacture boards in versions for indoors, or fully weather-resistant for outdoor use.
As you will be able to discover below, we can integrate many electronic components into our boards, in addition to the standard digital counters, to allow optimal use of the panel as per your needs, such as rolling text, led circles or a calendar of our own design.
The board can contain from one to several counters. Each counter can include 2, 3 or 4 digits, depending on your needs. Below is a list of the functions available in our offer:
Each board is designed individually and in accordance with the client’s guidelines. The graphic concept may include a number of elements such as: logo, graphic elements, images, text and counter titles. The objective is to create a unique board 100% tailored to the needs of our clients.
The graphics are printed on high-quality ORACAL polymer foil (boards for the inside) and ORACAL cast foils (boards for the outside). Additionally, a special, transparent polymer foil with a UV filter is applied to the print. This laminate protects the print from scratches and mechanical damage and almost doubles the resistance to color fading.
The board’s frame is made entirely of aluminum profiles, powder-coated in matt black.
We propose 6 different digit heights. The choice depends mainly on the maximum distance from which the board is to be read. All of our modules have a high density of diodes, so even large digits are perfectly visible from a short distance.
The module is mainly intended for indoor use. Readable from a maximum of 15 meters.
LED module designed for indoor signs only. Readable from a maximum of 20 meters.
Module dedicated for both indoor and outdoor use. Readable from up to 25 meters.

We can design and produce custom totem projects for both indoor and outdoor use, incorporating a floor mounting plate or poles depending on the type of installation.
The main advantage of a totem is, of course, the large amount of information it can display: numerous digital counters, Bird pyramid, illuminated rings, and scrolling text displays. The size of the totem also allows for full representation of the company’s visual identity — including logos, photos, mascots, and personal protective equipment (PPE).
You can equip the board with one, two or three LED circles that will signal the occurrence of an accident or the absence of an accident recently. The circle lights up automatically when an accident is declared (red circle – accident with sick leave), yellow circle – accident without sick leave). The time for which the accident circles are lit is configured in the board menu and ranges from 1 to 7 days.
After the set time has elapsed since the declaration of the accident, the accident circle will turn off automatically and the green circle will light up to indicate that there has been no accident recently. In the board menu you can also choose whether the accident circles should be lit steadily or blink.
This added device will allow you to display a flowing text, with your own text content. The two major advantages of this addition are as follows :

Our boards have been designed to provide the maximum amount of information about accidents at work, in the most autonomous way possible. A perfect example of this is our interactive accident calendar. The calendar is divided into 3 elements:
The calendar works automatically, turning the box of the present day into green. Declaring an accident causes the box of the present day to change from green to red, and thus the box for the present month to change from green to red (unless an accident has already occurred in a given month). On January 1, the colours of the windows from the calendar of the months of the current year automatically switch to the calendar of the months of the previous year.
The internal memory stores all data, so if the power is cut off, the information will not be lost.
Our displays are made mostly of aluminum, which makes them lightweight and easy to install. LED displays are extremely energy efficient, yet very visible in all conditions thanks to the automatic brightness.
Our products are entirely designed and manufactured in Poland. Quality and durability are key to us, which is why all displays are manufactured with the utmost attention to detail. Hundreds of projects and regular customers are proof of this.
The displays can be mounted in outdoor conditions. The highest quality prints on cast foils are additionally protected by laminate. The controller with a light sensor automatically controls the brightness of the LEDs.
